I put on the socks and immediately felt their comfort. And the massage tools are incredibly comfortable. I ordered them for my mom, but I guess I'll have to keep them for myself ??

I love acupressure and taking care of myself the best I can and these socks/tools help. It¡¯s hard to follow videos sometimes and the socks help give a more visual aid for when to apply. As for pressure it¡¯s more of a person to person feeling. I apply mild pressure and use downward strokes. Started from top working down. Both tools offer aid for different areas of the foot. I can¡¯t wait to continue using these and see how this aids in my recovery throughout the body.

   Great product loved that it has two options of using with or without socks just apply a little bit of lotion and you¡¯ll be goodVery detailed and easy to use. Helps with pain relief worth my money
