So, before this little helper came into my life, I was the kind to hang a plastic bag on the door and until it was full and ever so bulky, I wouldn't change it... BUT NOW... let me tell you! I have hooked it onto the cabinet door, under the drawer, ever so conveniently and out of the way! I can easily toss my "bathroom trash" like Q-tips, dental picks, makeup remover wipes, and paper towels used to dry up the sink, boom, right there! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Additionally, it's expandable! They're the little things...lol! And, Yes! I definitely recommend! Hope this helps. :)

Trash is a problem in my minivan, because I have kids and they aren't the best about cleaning up after themselves. I wanted a trash can that was large enough that it wouldn't instantly fill up, but small enough that it wouldn't take up tons of space. This trash can delivers, and I think the price is very reasonable. I hooked it on the back of the front seat, and it's been a game changer. The kids actually use it. It would also fit in the front of the van, between the driver's seat and passenger seat. I think it would work just as well in a car, not just minivans.It's the perfect size. Plastic grocery bags fit it, which is nice since it means that I don't have to buy trash bags for it. I also appreciate that it can collapse if needed.The one thing I don't love is the small compartment on the front. I'm guessing it's purpose is for storing a spare bag, but I don't think it's particularly useful, so I haven't been using it. That's just my opinion.Overall, I'm very pleased with this trash can. It fits the need and works well for me. It's a good value for the price.
